In person classes are held at Neepsend Social Club and Canteen, Unit 2, 92 Burton Road, Sheffield, S3 6DA

If possible, please have:

• A yoga mat

• A blanket to ease pressure on knees or sit-bones

• Comfortable clothes that don’t restrict freedom of movement
